High Performing Roof Replacement
At SRJ, we got to know the Tochers and took the time to learn how we could replace their conservatory with our range of excellent products. With our prompt response, we arranged a site visit within a couple of days and discussed how we could renovate their conservatory.
With our Ultraroof system, we upgraded the Tocher’s previous roofing with a lightweight, strong, easy to install solution. While this versatile structure maintains the classic Victorian style of their outdated conservatory roof, it has all the modern benefits of a fully insulated and thermally efficient framework and panels and a breathable and waterproof internal membrane. As well as this, we matched the tiles and guttering of their home with a customisable harvest brown finish.

Bespoke Sunroom Extension
We didn’t stop with a high quality and stylish replacement roof.

So we could give their Tillicoultry home the transformation they desired, we also replaced the windows with a white uPVC and double glazed tilt & turn upgrade, the doors with white uPVC, double glazed French doors and plastered the ceiling. By extending their home with a modern sunroom, SRJ created a desirable space that can be enjoyed no matter the weather or season while preserving a traditional Victorian charm.
