The whole procedure from enquiring about door to choosing and getting a quote was very easy and I found everyone friendly and helpful. The door was fitted in about 3 hours with very little mess. I am very happy with my door.

Just spoke with Derek as I had wanted to enquire about the £2,500 government discount for double glazing. He was polite and knowledgeable, even though he had explained that this was in fact a scam, he was in no rush to get me of the phone, I was disappointed that I couldn’t give him some custom as he very honest and explained - as he said “the good the bad and the ugly”, There are far too many companies that would take full advantage of their own customers so it’s nice to know that there are one or two that will be upfront and honest.

The window replacement was well planned and structured with all the work carried out by the 2 fitters effectively and in an efficient manner. Every care was undertaken to minimise disruption and any dust etc due to the removal of old windows and the fitting of new. We are well pleased with the windows and work carried out and will be in contact to discuss fitting another 3 soon.
The whole experience with SRJ WIndows was excellent from the measuring to the fitting. Communication from the company was great and the fitters and plasterers were professional and friendly. The fitters made sure any mess was completely cleaned up – you wouldn’t know they had been there and a full explanation of the care and use of the windows was given before they left. We needed some further plastering done and this was arranged easily. Overall an excellent job and would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

I’ve been meaning to do this review for ages. I have had my new doors and porch for a couple of years now and I would give them 6 stars if possible! I have had not one single issue. They took only 3 days to fit one new window, 2 french doors and replace an existing porch. There was little to no mess, the guys were polite and pleasant. Over the last few years I haven’t had to get them back once, zero issues and everything has stood up to the winter storms (which blew down my fence). I will be getting my other windows and door done in the next few years.

The team of 2 installers turned up on time and carried out the installation of our French doors with care and respect to our property. We have been really pleased with our new Sunroom French doors and windows. That were installed last October. The process from the start talking to the salesman about what we would like and the design they gave us has been excellent. The teams that did the construction work were always on time and talked us through all the stages and did a great job. They cleaned up everyday and any worries we had were soon sorted out. We are now enjoying sitting in our lovely Sunroom.

Firstly I got 3 quotes on reviewing them I decided to use SRJ, one main reason was as a returning customer albeit 25years ago I knew the quality of their work, and I must say I was not disappointed. The quality of their product was far superior than the other proposed suppliers. The old windows and patio door was removed in a safe and efficient manner. The installation of the new windows & French door went like clockwork this being down to the standard of the craftsmen which was first class. On completion I was asked to check the installation then the locking system of windows and door was clearly explained.

From start to finish staff from my first call, the crew on the day to the aftercare have been amazing! I have huge “heavy” panes of glass that needed fitted and they figured it out and got them in with great effort and didn’t once complain! The crew cleaned up each day and were friendly and helpful! We absolutely love our new back door. The communication throughout with SRJ Windows was fantastic. We were given an installation date in advance and our new door was fitted exactly when they said it would be. There was a very small area around the door frame (we never saw it as it was barely noticeable) that required a bit of filler, we got a phone call from SRJ letting us know a plasterer would visit the next week to repair which he did. The work was finished to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend SRJ Windows to friends/family.

SRJ are a very efficient company their showroom and sales staff are very knowledgeable and understand the customer. The process from visiting showroom, the Sales man visiting the property and advising the correct door type which would fit the aperture and the keeping to appointment dates, turning up and completing the work even the small remedial finishing touches means I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. From the first contact at showroom I was advised that their appointment books were over 4 months but all dates given from company on agreeing contract were kept and all work to high standard.

I bought windows from SRJ a few years ago and recently I have had problems with my kitchen window leaking. I contacted their Customer Service department and spoke with a lady called Pauline who was very helpful. Stuart, the Service Engineer came out and checked the window thoroughly. He saw that the leak was coming from spaces created by the workers who recently cladded the outside of the house. This was not SRJ’s problem at this point but Stuart was determined to help so he contacted his manager and he agreed to help also. Stuart sealed all the spaces and holes that had been left and I was very happy when he had finished. SRJ did NOT have to do this but their help with this problem was very much appreciated. This was our 3rd time using SRJ for replacing doors, windows and a conservatory and we would not go anywhere else. The products, workmanship and after sales service are all first class.
Right from the start of the window replacement process, the people I dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and reliable- they turned up on time and went about things efficiently and without being pushy in the slightest. The installers for my windows were pleasant, punctual, polite and professional. They worked hard and put in my windows far more quickly than I had anticipated, and the accuracy and finish on their work was excellent. I had the previous set of windows installed by SRJ more than 20 years ago, and was very pleased with them. I’m really pleased with my new windows this time round, and if I get to my mid 80’s in another 20 odd years, I hope SRJ will still be around to fit the upgrades!

Firstly the salesman was not pushy. The windows were fitted quickly & efficiently & any mess was cleaned up. The fitters were polite & friendly. One of the French doors had a tiny scratch on it but when I advised them of that, they replaced it without any hassle. The French doors are just what I wanted & had seen in their salesroom. So, all in all a very happy customer, with a ten year guarantee.
We had our existing double glazing replaced by a far better quality of units from SRJ. We purchased 6 windows and 2 doors in a rosewood effect colour. The instalation took 2 days and the workmanship was superb. Both the installers were there on time, and left their work areas extremely tidy. Hardly any dust from the existing windows removal which was great. I would highly recommend SRJ & my neighbour has seen the quality of the windows and is getting her apartment existing windows replaced in a few months.

The arranged date was adhered to. The work was carries out efficiently, without too much mess. The old materials were removed quickly and the work was carried out to the highest standard. We cam now use our conservatory more as the insulation has made such a difference to the temperature.
Having used SRJ to fit our windows 3 years ago we approached them in June 2022 to build our sun room. The experience could not have been easier. The whole SRJ team need congratulated. We were giving a schedule that started 12th January 2023 to be completed by 14th February 2023. It went like clockwork. All trades were on time . All worked to a very high standard. From the architectural drawings to the schedule of works. Everything went as they said. I was told by lots of people that building an extension is really stressful. Not with SRJ… Colin the surveyor was outstanding. Went above & beyond to sort out our requirements. If you are thinking of building a sun room & want an easy transition. Needed a new front door and came across SRJ online. Went to the showroom which had a fantastic range of both doors and windows. Perfect experience from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were lovely. Answered all our questions and really know their stuff. A couple of days later a gentleman came to measure up and go through everything with us. When it came to fitting time the team were friendly but polite and fitted the door we had chosen. When finished they showed us how the locks worked, and tidied up after themselves so well we hardly knew they had been!! The door fitment itself is brilliant and extremely good quality. We ordered the windows and doors back in April, an easy process, the chap that came round was pleasant and made the whole choosing process painless. As SRJ were so busy and do not use contractors only their own workers, we had the Windows and doors fitted in October. On the day of the fit two of SRJ’s fitters arrived, explained the order of windows and doors to be fitted then over the next two and half days worked very cleanly considering what they were doing, taking out the old wooden windows and doors and replacing them with some very swanky Anthracite Grey windows and doors, at the end of the fit, the two fitters did a walk around then left, the only thing we had to do was paint the new wooden window sills, brilliant. Would use SRJ again and would recommend them as clean and tidy workers.
Got my windows and door done 1 years ago, very happy with it. There’s a small fault with the door today( 1 years later) , call the company, never expect they will come out straight away. Thanks Stewart fix the problem within 10 minutes, highly recommended.

SRJ Windows installed replacement double glazed windows to my house 12 years ago and I have never had any cause for complaint, either with the installation or subsequently. I have recently had them back to look at one of the window locks and the service was first class again. We asked SRJ Windows for a price for replacing our windows and were very pleased with the quote although we didn’t try anyone else. The salesman. can’t remember his name, was very thorough and details about all their products. This we thought was a good was very professional. Next was the surveyor coming to the house, very pleasant and very detailed, all very clean they all wore foot protection. The joiners who fitted our windows were very pleasant and courteous, but for how many times if I asked if they wanted a cup of coffee, they always said no. A bit of brickwork was damaged with the installation, but this was rectified over the next few days. We also ordered a Rock front door but wished we should have this done at the same time as the windows. Can’t thank SRJWINDOWS enough, from start to finish. An amazing job from salesman to finishers and after sales. Will use again for further home improvements.
