He was polite and knowledgeable, even though he had explained that this was in fact a scam, he was in no rush to get me of the phone, I was disappointed that I couldn’t give him some custom as he very honest and explained - as he said “the good the bad and the ugly”, There are far too many companies that would take full advantage of their own customers so it’s nice to know that there are one or two that will be upfront and honest."
